Jane Steinmetz is the owner of Splendid Work, LLC. She specializes in job/career satisfaction and workplace culture issues. Her goal is to help individuals and organizations dramatically improve the quality of their work experience, and achieve unprecedented results. She does this by helping her clients to recognize and dismantle limiting beliefs, and then create a work future that: inspires them, is not limited by their past beliefs, is consistent with their values and requirements, and is achievable.
Jane's professional background gives her an insider's understanding into what fosters career satisfaction. She has spent over 20 years working for a variety of organizations in several fields: product design, graphic design, engineering, software development, and technical writing. Her experience gives her first-hand knowledge of the challenges her clients face, especially clients in technical and manufacturing professions.
In addition to her technical vocation, for the last 20 years Jane has pursued an avocation of training and development in methodologies that bring about positive and permanent shifts in the quality of people's lives, the expansion of personal freedom, power, effectiveness, and ability to produce results. She has more than 1,500 hours of coursework with Landmark Education and Peak Potentials Training. As a coach for Landmark Education's Self Expression and Leadership Program, and for Youth Opportunity United's Youth at Risk Program, and in hundreds of hours with her personal clients, she has consistently coached people to achieve goals that appeared wildly improbable.
Jane is available to coach one-on-one or in groups. She is also available for speaking engagements.
